Ben Irving

Ben Irving leads the Cisco IT team that manages the ACE service introduction network. Since joining Cisco in 2000, he has been involved with building and managing test networks for a variety of Cisco hardware products and Cisco IOS releases. Ben also served as a security lead and architect for large points of presence in the Cisco production network, where he made the first business-to-business call using Cisco Telepresence systems.

Before joining Cisco, Ben gained networking experience with an Internet service provider and an insurance company that operated the world's largest network at that time. Away from the office, he enjoys reading and developing his skills in landscape and macro photography.
